Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at Dredresshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method..
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
